WE ACKNOWLEDGE

In light of the events lived in Libya in recent months, which resulted in an attack on the Libyan people, to its present, her future and self-determination; which has resulted in the destruction of virtually an advanced welfare state at the hands of coalition governments led by the NATO aggressor, covered by an ambiguous and meaningless Security Council resolution for UN (the 1973) performed by various European governments, Arab Americans and,

accuse us

all governments of the Alliance, but also to the elected political representatives, that have allowed, all parties have voted in the different parliaments and those who have manipulated public opinion to keep their demonstrations in protest,

because:

Han used to it by the UN Resolution 1973, to cover al the use of weapons, media, human resources and get a covert attack, under the lie of trying to prevent the Libyan Government will use against his opponents aviation since the beginning of armed conflict or civilian targets but, actually, served for NATO to bomb hospitals, universities, farmland, fishing boats, housing, water reservoirs and canals, herds, schools and villages, with a high number of casualties among the civilian population.

Have exceeded the limits set by the United Nations, that the text of the resolution explicitly prevented a land invasion, while there are many testimonies that support the presence of NATO forces on the ground overseeing the landing of troops and armaments or military intelligence serving the protagonists of the uprising.

They have clearly violated the provisions of that resolution, that does not include Muammar Al Gaddafi to withdraw from political office that has no, or as an outlaw hunting, and the dismantling of its political system assembly-, or recognition of the National Transitional Government of Libya as, assumed nor air force deployment, land and naval, in an operation that clearly exceeds the limits established by the Security Council.

Have continued to use the supranational body as a formidable alibi for the division of spoils: gold, oil, water and uranium, which represent the main and vital energy resources in the region, now given a new government supposedly democratic and Islamic-inspired, but with a strong dependence on those who have funded this formidable military operation.

Have falsified the reality of Libya, stereotypical portrayal of the nation, beyond the allegations to the Government that the Libyans have been. So, is still insisting on the poverty and backwardness of Libya when in fact, to this conflict, had the highest GDP in Africa, with the index of the United Nations Program for Development of the continent higher, a literacy rate higher than 80 percent, full employment and 3,000.000 foreign immigrants.

Have dispensed with the mechanisms securing the rule of law and international law, to proceed to hunt and capture the leader Muammar Al Gaddafi, and their immediate families.

They have designed a roadmap that allows first world intervention in Africa, and established, in the case of Libya, a system that guarantees the future exploitation of its riches and its people by states outside the interests of the population.

For all these reasons

we call for decisive action by citizens to make this stop imperialist aggression and stop slaughtering Libya, at the same time, prevent spread to other sites in the Maghreb and Mashreq, and Latin America, in a roadmap with unpredictable consequences. Also at the crossroads of the world and time, are at stake our own future, our democratic values and the growing discredit of our own popular sovereignty. Sooner or later, have to ask criminal and civil liabilities to the authors of these massacres and inductors.

we invite people of good will to join us in discovering what actually happens in Libya, and mobilize against this and all wars.
